Refund Policy
Last updated 12 August 2026
Our refund window
You can request a full refund of a PickWise subscription payment within 30 days of that payment. This applies to your first payment and to any renewal payment. If the service did not work for you, we would rather return your money than keep it.
How to request a refund
Email support@pickwise.app from the address on your account, or contact Paddle, our Merchant of Record, using the link on your receipt. Tell us the payment date and, if you would like, what went wrong. No lengthy justification is required.
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to show the credit.
Cancelling your subscription
Cancelling and refunding are separate. You can cancel any time from the billing portal in your account: this stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you also want the most recent payment back, request a refund within the window above.
After the refund window
Payments older than 30 days fall outside this policy, but we still review genuine problems — duplicate charges, billing errors, or an extended outage — case by case, and we will correct our mistakes.
Effect of a refund
When a payment is refunded, the corresponding subscription period ends and your account returns to the free trial entitlement. Statutory consumer rights, including any right of withdrawal in your country, apply in addition to this policy and are not reduced by it.
