Who you are contracting with

PickWise is operated by Shamay Ross ("PickWise", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use PickWise.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to every purchase in addition to these terms.

What PickWise does

PickWise helps you compare options and reach a decision. Recommendations are informational only. They are not professional, financial, medical, legal or safety advice, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome, price or availability. Always confirm details with the seller or a qualified professional before you commit.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. One person or organisation per account.

Plans, billing and renewal

PickWise offers a free trial of three decisions, Basic at $15 per month with 20 decisions per day, and Pro at $45 per month with unlimited decisions, priority processing and no ads. Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled, and your card is charged by Paddle at the start of each billing period.

You can cancel at any time from your account's billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices may change with reasonable notice, and changes apply from your next renewal.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, resell, or redistribute PickWise recommendations as your own service;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, plan entitlements, or authentication;
• probe, overload, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
• submit unlawful content or use PickWise to break any law;
• use automated access outside our published interfaces without permission.

Affiliate links

Some recommendations include links to retailers. Where an affiliate programme is available, we may earn a commission if you buy through such a link, at no extra cost to you. Commission never influences which options we recommend or how they are ranked, and affiliate relationships are disclosed wherever those links appear.

Intellectual property

PickWise, its software, decision framework, scoring logic, interface, branding and content are owned by Shamay Ross and protected by intellectual property law. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service while your account is in good standing. Your own inputs remain yours; you grant us the licence needed to process them and deliver results to you.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully or fraudulently, or creates a security or payment risk. Where reasonable we will warn you first. You may close your account at any time from the account page. On termination your licence ends and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Notice.

Disclaimers and liability

PickWise is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on our recommendations. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
